  • BORO specializes in intimate, elevated celebrations such as birthdays, girls’ nights, bachelorettes, bridal showers, dinner parties, engagements, retirement parties, book clubs, and more.

  • BORO is based in the GTA and currently services York Region and surrounding areas. Events outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.

  • We recommend booking approximately 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for custom experiences and peak weekends.

  • Every BORO experience includes a thoughtfully styled setup featuring an entry moment, tablescape styling, signage, and a feature moment/photo area.

    The level of customization and creative direction varies depending on the BORO experience selected.

  • The Borrowed Theme follows one of our ready-to-go signature concepts with light personalization.

    The Custom Borrow reimagines one of our existing themes around your event and aesthetic.

    The Full Experience is a fully custom, high-touch concept where BORO leads the creative direction from start to finish.

  • Absolutely, with The Custom Borrow. Many of our themes are designed to be reinterpreted for different aesthetics, occasions, and colour palettes.

  • Yes — through The Full Experience, BORO can create a fully custom event concept tailored specifically to your vision.

  • Yes! Select styling pieces and feature rentals are available à la carte for pickup/drop-off rentals.

  • Yes — BORO offers custom signage and editable Canva templates both as add-ons and standalone purchases.

  • Yes. BORO handles delivery, setup, styling, and teardown for all full-service package bookings.

  • Standard rental windows are approximately 8 hours for full-service events and 3 days for standalone rentals unless otherwise arranged.

  • All BORO packages are designed for intimate gatherings and currently accommodate 8–10 guests in the quoted price. Additional guests can be added for a fee, up to 25 guests total.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of BORO experiences, cancellations made after final payment are non-refundable.

  • Yes! Depending on your selected package, BORO can assist with coordinating photographers, bartenders, desserts, balloons, fresh florals, and more.

  • Yes — clients can choose from a curated selection of runners, napkins, glassware, charger plates, cutlery finishes, and styling details, with BORO recommendations provided to best suit your theme.

  • Absolutely. BORO can style private homes, backyards, restaurants, wineries, studios, and other event spaces depending on venue approval.
